Shipping
& Returns
US Priority, US Express, and
Canada Express shipping options are all shipped with delivery confirmation
numbers. In the case that the shipment is lost, we will re-ship the order after 30 days from the time of the original
shipment. If the customer claims that the package was lost, yet the USPS confirms that the package was delivered, no
refunds or re-ships will be offered.
Canada First Class and UK shipping options are not shipped with delivery confirmation numbers. Therefore, be aware that we do not offer a re-shipment of the order if you claim that the package was not delivered.
If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to sender because of incorrect shipping information
provided by the customer, the customer shall have the option of re-shipment at the customer's expense or a refund, less shipping
costs and a 20% stocking fee.
Because of the
sensitive nature of the products on the site, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given. An order
may be cancelled only if done before the order has shipped. However, once an order has been successfully charged to a debit/credit
card, all cancellations will be subject to a 20% fee, including the cost of shipping.
No warranties, either implied or expressed, are offered on our products.
